Erick did a first rate presentation on spam for our HOA. He also showed us information on phone memory and how we may not need to buy extra storage. Presentation was quite helpful. He can be hired to enhance your phone or pc operations. Highly recommended

A pop-up says my computer has a virus and gives a phone number. What should I do?
Do not call the number. Close the browser if you can, or turn the computer off. Then call us at 239-744-6987 and we can look at it with you.
Can you help if I already let someone into my computer?
Yes, we can look at your computer with you and help you change your passwords. For money or bank questions, call your bank directly using the number on your card.
Do you give talks about scams?
Yes. We teach groups at HOAs, senior centers, and care communities about staying safe from scams and fake pop-ups.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. We come to homes in Naples and Bonita Springs, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
